Last Updated: 17 April 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website gh-heatpumps.ie (the “Website”) and the services provided by Green-House Renewables, trading as GH Heat Pumps (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. About Us

GH Heat Pumps is a trading name of Green-House Renewables, based at Deansgrange Business Park, Blackrock, Dublin. We specialise in the servicing, diagnostics, and repair of heat pump and heating systems, as well as water-based underfloor heating systems, for homes and businesses across Ireland.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Website lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of this Website by, any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, transmitting unlawful, threatening, abusive, or harmful material, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

3. Services

We provide heat pump servicing, repairs, fault diagnostics, and water-based underfloor heating servicing. Any descriptions of services on the Website are provided for general information purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. The exact scope, pricing, and terms of any service engagement will be confirmed in writing or verbally prior to work commencing.

Service availability is subject to scheduling, geographic coverage, and system compatibility. We reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion.

4. Consultations and Quotations

Booking a consultation through the Website does not constitute a binding contract. Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated and are subject to a site visit or assessment where applicable.

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the system, access requirements, additional parts, or unforeseen work identified during the service.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

We will make every reasonable effort to attend appointments at the agreed time. However, we shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or preceding job overruns.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to charge a call-out fee for missed appointments or late cancellations without adequate notice.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated before work commences. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept bank transfer, card payment, and other methods as advised at the time of booking.

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue the outstanding amount through appropriate legal channels, and the customer shall be liable for all reasonable recovery costs incurred.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

All servicing and repair work is carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards. Where manufacturer parts are fitted, any warranty on those parts is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.

We do not guarantee that servicing or repair will resolve all issues with a heat pump or heating system, particularly where the system is aged, has pre-existing faults, or has been improperly installed or maintained by others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with our services or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, howsoever arising.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, page layout, and underlying code, is the property of Green-House Renewables or its licensors and is protected by Irish and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this Website without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We have no control over the content of these external sites and accept no responsibility or liability for them. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labour disputes, power failures, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
